Cookie policy

RivalSentry uses only strictly necessary cookies. There are no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, and no third-party analytics. That is also why you don't see a cookie consent banner here — consent regulations (like the EU ePrivacy rules) exempt cookies that are essential for a service you explicitly requested.

The cookies we set

• Session cookie (better-auth.session_token) — keeps you signed in. Set when you sign in; expires after 7 days or when you sign out.
• Security cookies — short-lived tokens used during sign-in flows (including Google sign-in) to prevent cross-site request forgery.

Third parties

If you go through checkout, Stripe (our payment processor) sets cookies on its own checkout pages under its own cookie policy. If you use Google sign-in, Google sets cookies on its consent pages under its policies. Neither happens until you choose those flows.

Controlling cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; without the session cookie you won't be able to stay signed in, but the public site works fine.
